If your jewelry is in need of repair simply contact us at . When shipping the item to us, please send the receipt. If you need to obtain a copy of your receipt please email us. Charges may apply and you will be notified at the time the jewelry is assessed and prior to beginning repair. For your protection, please send all returns insured in a hard box.

All orders will be shipped from New York City via USPS priority mail. Please note that shipping costs may change over time as market rates do. Additional fees may apply to international orders; shipping costs will be detailed before payment is taken. Please let us know if your order is a gift and we will send the packing slip to your billing address.

We want you to love what you've ordered! If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return the item to us in its original, unused/unworn condition within 14 days and we'll be happy to make an exchange or issue a refund. (Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.) Once we receive the item, we will promptly issue a refund. For orders made with a credit card, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. And for orders made with checks/money orders, please allow 3-4 weeks for your refund check.

Please note that customized items are purchased with a "no return policy" and will not be accepted back.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please save the box and all of the packing material to send the item back. Please contact us immediately, and we'll send you a replacement right away.

Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within New York state.

Most jewelry can be cleaned using a soft toothbrush and warm soapy water. Always avoid harsh detergents when cleaning jewelry. Never clean jewelry in bleach. Swimming in chlorinated water should also be avoided. To avoid tarnishing, store in an airtight container or an anti-tarnishing cloth.
